This Deposit Disclaimer applies to all work carried out by FastTrack Motor Worx. By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
1. Purpose of Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure bookings, order parts, or confirm availability for larger or time-sensitive jobs.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all deposits paid to FastTrack Motor Worx are non-refundable.
3. Agreement & Signature
A signed disclaimer confirming acceptance of this deposit policy is required before work is booked or parts are ordered.
