1. Business Disclaimer

FastTrack Motor Worx is a UK-based mobile mechanic service providing vehicle repair and maintenance solutions. All services are performed by qualified technicians to the best of our professional ability and in accordance with current industry standards.

While every effort is made to diagnose and repair faults accurately, FastTrack Motor Worx does not accept liability for:

  • Any pre-existing or unrelated faults not identified during the service.
  • Damage caused by continued use of a faulty vehicle after inspection.
  • Indirect or consequential loss, including downtime, missed appointments, or financial loss.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are roadworthy and fully insured.

2. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is transparent and agreed before work commences. Rates vary based on service category and customer type.

Standard Customers

  • Call-out Fee: £30 within 7 miles of LE18 4PU
  • Outside this Zone: £0.75 per mile
  • Labour Rate: £60 per hour

Fleet Customers (Pre-Approved Accounts Only)

  • Call-out Fee: £15 within 10 miles of LE18 4PU
  • Outside this Zone: £0.55 per mile
  • Labour Rate: £60 per hour (discounted rates may apply under service contracts)

Emergency or Out-of-Hours Customers

(Services requested outside regular hours, on weekends, or bank holidays)

  • Call-out Fee: £50 within 7 miles of LE18 4PU
  • Outside this Zone: £1.20 per mile
  • Labour Rate: £90 per hour

Out-of-hours rates apply from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays and all day on weekends and bank holidays.

Parts and Materials

  • All parts supplied by FastTrack Motor Worx are charged separately.
  • Parts remain the property of FastTrack Motor Worx until full payment is received.

Deposits

In certain cases, such as jobs involving special-order parts or major repairs, a deposit may be required.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable, unless FastTrack Motor Worx cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Booking a service with a deposit indicates acceptance of this condition.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, debit/credit cards
  • Invoices not settled promptly may incur late payment fees and/or service refusal in the future.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, written material, and design, is the intellectual property of FastTrack Motor Worx and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.

4. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

FastTrack Motor Worx only collects personal data necessary to fulfil your service request. This includes name, contact information, vehicle details, and service history.

  • Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

FastTrack Motor Worx shall not be liable for delays caused by parts availability, weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for disclosing all relevant information about their vehicle prior to service. Failure to do so may void any warranty or follow-up support offered.

This Legal Notice is subject to change without prior notice. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
